Key Responsibilities- Define and Implement Technology Solutions: Work with customers and partners to understand their technology needs and develop customized solutions that meet their requirements.
- Project Management: Lead and manage internal and external projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of technology solutions.
- Technical Enablement: Provide technical training and support to internal and external sales teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to sell and deliver technology solutions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Site Visits and Sales Enablement: Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and deliver sales and technical enablement training to internal and external sales teams.
- Product and Solution Enquiries: Respond to daily product and solution enquiries from internal and external sales teams and customers.
- Business Solution Centre Utilization: Utilize the Business Solution Centre to support sales activity and improve partner utilization rates.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.
- Industry Experience: Experience working in the IT industry, with a strong understanding of channel, vendors, competition, and end-user needs.
- Product and Technology Knowledge: Existing wide knowledge of product and technology portfolios relevant to the business unit.
- Language Skills: Proficient in Italian and fluent in English.
