Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Junior HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team in Milan. As the first point of contact for employees, you will provide expert guidance on all HR matters and collaborate with our HR Manager to support employees throughout their journey with our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer advisory services to employees on various HR topics, ensuring they receive personalized support and guidance.
  • Maintain accurate records and update our internal management tool with employee data, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Support the HR Manager in employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding.
  • Contribute to the hiring process across assigned business units, working closely with the HR Manager to identify top talent.
  • Create and manage HR documents, reports, and presentations to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A degree in Economics or Humanities.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a positive attitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A strong passion for human resources and a genuine interest in the fashion industry.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
