What You'll Do
- Monitor collections and payments flow into the system.
- Provide instructions/request information to/from Correspondent Bank.
- Analyze supporting documentation sent by Client.
- Monitor available funds prior to settlement.
- Incident Reporting & Escalation.
- Support to Cash Sales & Product.
Skills You'll Need
- Relevant Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Previous experience in operational cash management.
- Excellent English language proficiency (written/verbal).
- Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Excel.

- Excellent communication and analytical skills, flexible regarding production problem-solving.
- Open-minded, able to share information, knowledge, and expertise with peers & team members.
- Able to work in virtual global teams and a matrix organization.
