Job Summary:

We are seeking an Internal Sales Representative for our Sales branch in Castelletto Monferrato, Italy. This role will involve interacting with customers to understand their needs, identifying sales opportunities, and developing long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with existing and new customers to provide tailored sales solutions
  • Prospect new business opportunities through cold calling and market research
  • Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely follow-up on contacts and quotations
  • Maintain accurate records of commercial efforts in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Excellent English language skills (B2 level minimum)
  • Able to identify and close sales opportunities
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
