Marketing Manager EMEA

Angelo Po Grandi Cucine S.P.A. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, target audiences, and competitors.
  • Build an in-depth understanding of the target market and segments, customer needs and competition to construct the strategic marketing plan.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and contractors.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure seamless communication and alignment with company strategies and goals.
  • Lead portfolio strategy and new product developments (NPD). Build launch plans and support sales with development of concept sells and marketing collaterals.
  • Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that spending is aligned with strategic goals.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of B2B strategic marketing experience.
  • Working knowledge and strong interest in the foodservice industry.
  • Basic technical competence – ability to work with R&D and Sales on technical issues, queries and concerns relating to products.
  • Strong financial acumen, as well as analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, that assist in building strong internal and external relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong team player with passion for growth.
  • Ability to frequently travel within Europe and on a less frequent basis to Middle East and United States.
  • Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken). Any other European language would be a plus.
