Job Title: Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Gutteridge, a leading luxury fashion brand. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Drive sales through effective product knowledge, visual merchandising, and sales techniques
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including current trends, styles, and collections
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in a fashion retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and styles
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
