About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global On Premise Merchandising Manager to join our team at TN Italy. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global on-premise merchandising strategies that drive sales growth and brand awareness.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and working closely with external partners to design and deliver effective point-of-sale materials (POS). Your expertise in project management, stakeholder communication, and budget management will be essential in driving business results and ensuring seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and development of POS materials aligned with global brand positioning and strategy
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders, including marketing, procurement, and legal teams
  • Management of external agencies and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality control
  • Analysis of market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in on-premise and experiential marketing management
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects across multiple markets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
