Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to join our team in South Europe. The ideal candidate will have experience in capital equipment sales and account management, with a strong network within different company functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customers in defined geographical areas to deliver budgeted sales and margins for beverage equipment in Sidel's portfolio.
  • Develop and implement a focused and coherent sales strategy for the short, medium, and long term, efficiently utilizing all functions as needed.
  • Engage other company functions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Preferably some years of experience in capital equipment sales and account management.
  • Established network within different company functions.
  • Significant complete packaging lines, market, and industry knowledge.
  • Market evaluation and analysis skills, planning skills; ability to develop and present a value proposition.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Sales management experience; excellent negotiation skills.
  • Ability and enthusiasm for traveling (40-60%).
