Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Parma, Italy. As a Sales Manager for Beverage Equipment in South Europe, you will be responsible for managing customers in defined geographical areas to deliver budgeted sales and margins for beverage equipment in Sidel's portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a focused and coherent sales strategy for the short, medium, and long term, efficiently utilizing all functions as needed.
  • Establish strong relationships with assigned accounts by building a network of contacts within their organization.
  • Identify market potential for assigned area and develop strategic and tactical sales plans accordingly.
  • Negotiate and issue price lists, present quotes in line with commercial policy, and maintain and clean up-to-date sales pipeline in Customer Engagement Platform.
  • Monitor the execution of the project and maintain customer contact, ensuring proper and timely resolution of major claims or legal issues at defined accounts, in Sidel's best interests.

Requirements

  • Preferably some years of experience in capital equipment sales and Account Management.
  • Established network within different Company functions.
  • Significant complete packaging lines, market, and industry knowledge.
  • Market evaluation and analysis skills, planning skills; ability to develop and present a value proposition.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, sales management experience, and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Ability and enthusiasm for traveling (40-60%).
