Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Sales Representative for Beverage Equipment in Italy to manage customers in the defined geographical area and deliver budgeted sales and margins for Sidel's portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish strong relationships with assigned accounts by building a network of contacts within their organization.
  • Identify market potential for assigned area and develop strategic and tactical sales plans accordingly.
  • Negotiate and issue price lists.
  • Present quotes in line with commercial policy.
  • Maintain and clean up-to-date sales pipeline in Customer Engagement Platform.
  • Monitor the execution of the project and maintain customer contact.

Requirements

  • Preferably some years of experience in capital equipment sales and Account Management.
  • Established network within different Company functions.
  • Significant complete packaging lines, market and industry knowledge.
  • Market evaluation and analysis skills, planning skills; ability to develop and present a value proposition.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Sales management experience; excellent negotiation skills.
  • Ability and enthusiasm for travelling (40-60%).
