Join Rossignol Group as a Product Owner IT Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Product Owner IT Specialist to manage our Ecommerce projects and ensure the proper functioning of our applications.

As a Product Owner IT Specialist, you will be responsible for managing development projects and projects related to our Information System. You will also contribute to the proper functioning of the applications loaded by our IT Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management - 60%
    • Project management, team leadership (in-house and contractors): team coordination, methodology and milestones, monitoring committee. Ensures compliance with scope, budget and schedule.
    • Support business units in expressing needs and drafting specifications.
    • Draft functional specifications and have them validated by the business units.
    • Definition of IT solutions, validating their consistency with the IS, technical constraints and standards, and development tools and standards.
    • Implement solutions: install and configure application tools.
    • Update installation documentation and configuration files.
    • Unit testing and organization of user acceptance tests.
    • Key-user training and change management.
    • Stabilize the solution and support its transition to the support team: documentation & contracts for administration and support, training of support teams.
  • User Support - 40%
    • Participation in the support of applications under your responsibility.
    • Handling corrections and requests for changes, including drawing up functional specifications.
    • Tool parameterization and/or service management.
    • Updating tool or application documentation (specifications, configuration files, acceptance reports, administration and support procedures).
    • Organize follow-up committees with domain key-users.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree, engineering school or university cycle.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Good knowledge of ERP and E-Commerce backoffice processes and tools.
  • Mastering project methodologies (ideally in Agile methodology).
  • Analyze, propose solutions and know how to convince.
  • Communicate easily, in a targeted and concise way.
  • Lead workshops and meetings.
  • Assist users.
  • Know the E-Commerce processes and flows and tools of the entrusted domain.
  • Understand and use an ERP (ideally INFOR M3).
  • Have a very good level of English (60% of exchanges in English, 40% in French).
  • Proficiency in SQL and office applications.
