Descrizione del Ruolo

Il ruolo di Project Manager è responsabile della gestione del Progetto assegnato ai fini del rispetto dei tempi, dei costi e della qualità prefissati.

Compiti e Responsabilità
  • Coordinare le attività del team di progetto e di cantiere al fine della realizzazione della Commessa assegnata, nel rispetto del Project Execution Plan, attenendosi ai criteri di sicurezza e protezione ambientali definiti dalle norme e dalle procedure aziendali.
  • Pianificare, di concerto al team di Progetto, le attività di progettazione, costruzione ed avviamento di impianto.
  • Assistere, nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali, la Direzione Approvvigionamenti nel processo di selezione dei Fornitori e delle imprese esecutrici.
  • Monitorare e gestire i contratti assegnati ai Fornitori e alle Imprese coinvolte nel Progetto.
  • Di concerto al team di Progetto e durante le varie fasi di Commessa, coordinare le attività delle Società, dei Fornitori e delle Imprese coinvolte nell'iniziativa.
  • Controllare lo stato di avanzamento lavori ed i costi di Commessa, redigendo apposita reportistica segnalando scostamenti e criticità di Progetto.
  • Supportare ed assistere il Responsabile Lavori e la relativa filiera organizzativa nell'adempimento dei relativi obblighi di legge in tema di sicurezza sul lavoro.
  • Gestire i rapporti e le informazioni con le altre funzioni aziendali coinvolte nell'iniziativa: Sviluppo (autorizzazioni), Direzioni Approvvigionamenti, Amministrazione, Assicurazioni, Legale e/o le altre Direzioni eventualmente interessate.
  • Gestire i rapporti e le interfacce di Progetto con il proprio Committente di riferimento.
Requisiti
  • Laurea magistrale in ingegneria e/o in ambito tecnico/scientifico.
  • Esperienza di minimo cinque anni nell'ambito della gestione (Project Manager) e/o nel coordinamento della progettazione (Project Engineer / Project Engineer Manager) di Progetti complessi in ambito power generation o gas infrastructures.
  • Disponibilità a trasferte mirate nei Cantieri per i progetti di competenza.
  • Capacità di coordinamento e di condivisione multidisciplinare e/o tra diverse Direzioni.
  • Capacità di comunicazione per il raggiungimento dei risultati sempre in ottica sinergica con i Fornitori/Appaltatori e le controparti in generale.
  • Volontà di approfondire tematiche tecniche complesse.
  • Attitudine al lavoro in team per obiettivi ed approccio multidisciplinare, capacità di analisi dei contesti e visione sistemica.
  • Capacità di assimilare le pratiche correnti in uso all'interno della Divisione Ingegneria e quelle comunicative inter-Divisione/Direzione.
  • Predisposizione, come asse di sviluppo, all'innovazione in funzione digitalizzazione dei processi.
Requisiti Linguistici

Costituisce requisito necessario la conoscenza della Lingua Inglese (minimo livello: B2 – upper intermediate).
