**Your Role**

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Strategy Manager to help develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across the Italian market, aligning with our Global+Europe Marketing strategies & Plan.

Your goal will be to increase brand awareness, consideration, engagement, and business KPIs (traffic, conversion, and sales) in Retail, Wholesale, and e-commerce channels.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Delve into annual marketing planning, staying aligned with brand goals and business targets.
  • Liaise weekly with the European team to synchronize strategy, tactics, action plans, execution, and results.
  • Collaborate with Retail and Wholesale functions to define and execute effective marketing activities.
  • Drive CRM Initiatives, partnering with the global CRM team to deliver consumer acquisition and engagement on the territory.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need a minimum 7/8 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in retail-oriented companies. Fluency in English (written and verbal) and Italian is essential.

A University or similar degree in marketing/economics or related fields is also required.

You should have strong communication skills, project management abilities, and a can-do mentality.
