About the Role:

As a key member of our Ogury Customer Success Team, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and success throughout their campaign journey.

Partner with Sales to determine client campaign objectives, crafting insightful RFP responses, and collaborating with internal departments to drive campaign success.

Provide timely and actionable reporting to drive retention and continued account growth, pinpointing upselling opportunities, and working closely with Sales teams to drive incremental revenue.

Deliver exceptional customer service, showcasing mobile marketing expertise, and ensuring client expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Sales to determine client campaign objectives.

2. Craft insightful RFP responses, including pricing, targeting tactics, and creatives.

3. Liaise with AdOps, Insights, Design, and other internal departments to ensure campaign success.

4. Provide timely and actionable reporting to drive retention and continued account growth.

5. Pinpoint upselling opportunities and work closely with Sales teams to drive incremental revenue.

6. Deliver exceptional customer service, showcasing mobile marketing expertise.

About You:

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in Account Management, Media Planning, Digital Media, and/or Client Services.

Key Requirements:

1. Experience in Account Management, Media Planning, Digital Media, and/or Client Services.

2. Proven understanding of digital media, managed and programmatic campaigns.

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

4. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.

5. Strong technical aptitude.

6. Enthusiastic, positive attitude, and collaborative spirit.

Preferred Requirements:

1. Experience with 3rd party reporting, ad serving, and reporting systems.

2. Fluent knowledge of various DSP platforms, buying models, and channel buying.
