Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Food Equipment Business Development Manager to join our team at Sealed Air. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies aimed at meeting revenue objectives and expanding market presence in the foodservice industry.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess strong B2B sales skills, a robust work ethic, and a genuine passion for the sales process. They will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing them to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance market share within the foodservice industry.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key decision-makers, to expand our client base and sustain long-term partnerships.
  • IDentify and pursue new business opportunities to ensure continuous expansion and diversification of our sales portfolio.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to foster client satisfaction and loyalty, ultimately contributing to our company's success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination for the timely delivery of products and services, enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • B2B sales experience, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong understanding of the food industry, including trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies, driving results, and delivering on ambitious revenue targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and articulate the value proposition of our products and services effectively.
  • Self-motivated nature, coupled with a results-driven approach, ensuring ownership of tasks and delivery of exceptional outcomes.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed to meet customer needs and nurture relationships face-to-face.
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
