Sales Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Apple Business Unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing orders and requests for Apple's portfolio, building excellent customer relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Supports in managing orders and requests related to Apple's product portfolio in a timely and customer-oriented way.
- Provides the best answers to customer requests, collaborating with the BU team.
- Engages in active inside selling and supports in having a general conversation around a solution/product area.
- Builds excellent customer relationships and manages customer backorder expectations and reporting.
- High school diploma or graduation in business or technical.
- Willingness to learn in a quick working environment.
- Result orientation and personal organization.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Proactive attitude and good level of English and basic Excel knowledge.
- Hybrid work environment (2 days at the office, 3 days at home).
