As a Chief Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance of company assets, ensuring compliance with technical and legal obligations, and managing energy budgets. You will also be responsible for the Risks AIP and SAVE for the hotels in your Operations Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Detect and analyze engineering needs and opportunities in the hotels under your responsibility.
- Ensure compliance with technical and legal obligations in the Operations Center buildings and facilities.
- Supervise the resolution of any technical or legal incidents.
- Coordinate the teams in the Operations Center and Business Units.
- Supervise the implementation of company policies and projects in matters related to energy use.
- Participate in the preparation of the department's budget.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Procedures and Instructions.
Requirements:
- Engineering degree.
- Strong previous experience in the hotellerie industry.
- Proficiency in both Italian and English.
- Budgeting and reporting skills.
