About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Expert to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes to the highest standards, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  • Work closely with our Executive Sous Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas and concepts.
  • Ensure that all kitchen equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Collaborate with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques, and share knowledge and expertise with the team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a senior chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of international cuisine.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
