Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Freudenberg. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and planning meetings. You will also be expected to write and distribute email, correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms.

Additional Responsibilities:

You will assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, develop and maintain a filing system, update and maintain office policies and procedures, and provide general support to visitors. You will also act as the point of contact for internal and external clients and liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required, with advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience. You should have specified years of industry-relevant professional experience and relevant certifications, system experience, and training. Professional-level English language skills are preferred.

You should be able to communicate clearly and concisely, engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization. You should also be able to anticipate, understand, and meet internal/external customers' needs and expectations, developing solutions based on a customer-centric approach. Additionally, you should be able to drive and support innovative ideas, taking informed risks to seek and develop new or improved solutions, and proactively identify what needs to be done and take action, exploring new ways and pursuing new opportunities.
