HR Project Manager with Data Analytics Expertise

Position Overview

As a pivotal member of the Hitachi Energy team, you will assume the role of HR Project Manager with a focus on Data Analytics for Transformers Europe. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with a forward-thinking organization dedicated to sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate various HR initiatives that influence Hub operations.
  • Enhance workforce planning methodologies and tools, providing guidance to HR Business Partners and managers to ensure optimal data integrity.
  • Ensure the consistency and precision of Hitachi Global Grading across the Hub, managing job classifications and recommending job mappings.
  • Drive the development of Hub people analytics by creating insightful dashboards, educating HRBPs and managers, and conducting audits to maintain data accuracy.
  • Facilitate key HR processes such as salary reviews, performance management, and talent management by establishing data management protocols and reporting mechanisms.
  • Promote the effective use of HR tools across the Hub, collaborating with HRBPs to resolve any issues that arise.
  • Conduct regular audits on HR data quality within the Workday system.
  • Contribute to the stabilization of HR transformation projects focused on data management and digitalization.
  • Embody the core values of safety and integrity, taking accountability for your actions while supporting your colleagues and the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in a comparable role with project management responsibilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Workday platform.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Adaptability, results-oriented mindset, and teamwork capabilities are essential.
