At Publicis Groupe, we're on a mission to drive business transformation through cutting-edge technology and data science expertise. As a Senior Associate Data Analytics L1, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform in-depth analysis of digital and CRM campaigns to identify areas for improvement and optimize lead management and conversion KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain complex data models to inform business decisions, leveraging expertise in Excel, SQL, and data modeling applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a consulting company.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with expertise in Excel and/or other data modeling applications.
  • SQL fundamentals and experience with data cleaning and preparation (ETL) are essential.
  • Proficiency in Python or other programming languages is a plus.
