Operations Assistant – Facilities Coordinator

Job Summary
As a Facilities Management Intern, you will be part of the Operations department in the BCG Milan Office. You will support the Building Team under the responsibility of the EMC Operations Director, focusing on the daily operational activities for space utilization and service level achievement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Building Team in all daily operational activities for the management and coordination of suppliers related to space utilization and service level achievement.
- Support the Operations Team in daily activities and procedures related to new Offices and Building implementation.
- Accomplish tasks applied to suppliers' daily management, such as in-site inspections, communication flow for authorized entrances, office signage, and more.
- Support the canteen service team in managing suppliers for daily survey, final count of meals, and monthly cost check concerning every kind of expense.
Requirements
- Ongoing or completed educational path preferably in Architecture.
- Excellent level of written and spoken English and Italian.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical approach combined with a positive and cooperative attitude.
- Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability and interest to adapt and manage different tasks across departments and topics.
