Job Overview

This exciting role will see you lead a team of approximately six professionals responsible for delivering high-quality payroll services, ensuring seamless operations, and maintaining compliance with local regulations and company standards.

  • Lead a team of experts to deliver payroll services, including benefit management, according to established procedures.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll production, adhering to quality standards and delivery indicators.
  • Collaborate with external partners to optimize services and drive business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the department and staff, setting priorities and schedules to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Maintain high operational standards, monitoring KPIs and OPIs to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze structural issues and collaborate with Service Owners to implement improvements.
  • Develop and share best practices within the team, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, resolving escalation requests and driving collaboration across departments.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, law, accounting, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in payroll services, preferably with a focus on leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in written English and proficiency in IT tools.
  • A proactive and autonomous working style, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
