Sales Manager for Large Customer Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Large Customer Sales team at Amazon Ads. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize client satisfaction and revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of sales initiatives
- Manage and develop a high-performing sales team to drive results and growth
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in digital advertising or client-facing roles
- 4+ years of experience in people management
- Strong negotiating skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Proven record of attracting, retaining, and growing exceptional sales teams
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree
- Native level or equivalent Japanese language proficiency
- Business level English language proficiency
