Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Consultant to join our Consultancy & Advisory Services team in Milan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of advisory projects for corporate clients in Italy and Spain.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation and completion of proposals and deliverables on corporate climate strategies, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations.
  • Manage small project streams, interacting with clients and project teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Ensure assigned tasks and projects are completed on time and within budget, adhering to our project management best practices.
  • Develop and improve specialized skills, tools, and knowledge related to our services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to business development activities through research and developing materials for potential clients and partners.
  • Engage in topics such as GHG Accounting, Science Based Targets, net-zero strategies, and sustainability roadmaps, with occasional involvement in other lines of service.
Requirements
  • University degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Relevant knowledge of environmental sustainability challenges in multinational companies, including target setting and sustainability roadmaps.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in sustainability consulting or a related field, including GHG accounting, target setting, disclosure, and net-zero strategies.
  • Ability to conduct research, analyze, and summarize data, as well as manage small projects in a multi-stakeholder and multi-geographies context.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to create high-quality deliverables and interact effectively with clients, collaborators, and stakeholders.
  • Autonomous yet collaborative approach to work, with proficiency in English, Spanish, and Italian.
