Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Fellowships Program Manager. This role will be responsible for managing the university's global fellowships programs, including the Fulbright U.S. Student Program and other nationally competitive awards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee internal nomination and application processes for globally recognized scholarships and fellowships.
  • Develop strategies to support students in securing prestigious international awards.
  • Promote fellowship opportunities to the university community and engage in outreach efforts to colleges, departments, student organizations, and alumni.
  • Liaise with University Communication and Marketing to create press releases about recipients of national awards and Villanova fellowships milestones.
  • Maintain relationships with Villanova fellowships alumni, creating opportunities for further engagement, presentations, etc.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum three years' experience working with students, staff, and faculty, preferably in an administrative or programming role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $ 80,000 - 110,000, depending on qualifications and experience. The salary range reflects the market rate for a professional with similar qualifications and experience in the field.
