About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Value and Access to join our team at Jefferson Wells. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in contributing to our pricing strategy at the national level, implementing product value propositions, and supporting formulary inclusion at regional and hospital levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Pricing Strategies: Collaborate with our Value and Access lead to define new product access strategies, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Support Pricing Council Preparation and Execution: Work closely with our ICoE colleagues to prepare and execute Pricing Council meetings, driving strategic decision-making.
  • Lead National and Regional Dossier Development: Oversee the creation of national and regional dossiers for new product access, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate HTA Reports and Communication Strategy: Support the execution of HTA reports and develop a communication strategy to effectively engage stakeholders.
  • Develop Economic Models and Tools: Collaborate with Regional Affairs Managers to develop economic models and tools, driving informed decision-making.
  • Build and Maintain Stakeholder Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with payors, scientific societies, and other external stakeholders.
  • National and Regional Project Management: Manage projects from concept realization to deployment, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Commercial, Logistic and Tender, Regulatory Affairs, and other teams to leverage synergies and drive business growth.
  • Competitive Intelligence and Market Analysis: Proactively gather and share competitor intelligence, anticipating market trends and shifts to inform our customer strategy.
