We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Value Engineer to spearhead our mission of data-driven business transformation with our customers. As a trusted advisor, you will work in partnership with the Celonis Sales Teams to drive measurable business impact across various processes and industries.

The Role:

You will be responsible for the end-to-end value journey of our customers, identifying and framing value opportunities, realizing value through process improvement, and scaling value through strategic expansion. Your expertise in process mining, data analytics, and business transformation will be instrumental in helping our customers achieve their strategic goals and realize significant value using Celonis Process Intelligence.

The Qualifications You Need:

  • Live for Customer Value: 5+ years of experience in an analytical role with a focus on demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and software deployment.
  • Data, Analytics, Applications & IT: Good knowledge of business software and SaaS applications, experience with implementing RPA and/or BI tools, and knowledge of Python and/or SQL.
  • Process Improvement & Value Realization: Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures, being a change agent, and training users/process owners to realize value.
  • Project Management: Experience in planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines, managing multiple projects across aligned accounts, and leveraging partners from the Celonis Ecosystem.
  • Executive Stakeholder Management: Experience in preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally, with excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Business Domain Expertise: Understanding of the Finance and/or Supply Chain domain and strategic transformation initiatives.
  • Industry Expertise: Proficiency in Supply Chain operations and adeptness in cultivating a profound comprehension of industry trends and strategic prospects.
  • Degree: In Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a comparable degree program.
