Gruppo Grimaldi is seeking a skilled professional to join its team as a Logistics Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and optimizing transportation routes to ensure efficient delivery of vehicles while maintaining high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate transportation routes to ensure timely delivery of vehicles
  • Monitor and resolve operational issues reported by drivers
  • Manage and control transportation costs
  • Lead and motivate a team of drivers to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Degree in Logistics or related field
  • Previous experience in transportation or logistics
  • Knowledge of transportation planning software
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
