Responsibilities:

  • Driving regional business performance and line-of-sight coordination between MOSE Division Management, front- and backend units.
  • Building, driving, and executing a profitable growth plan with local leaders.
  • Setting annual financial targets and a 3-year development plan for the region, including target setting, incentives, people plans, and growth initiatives.
  • Ensuring portfolio end-to-end alignment in countries and representing backend units in plans to penetrate local installed base.
  • Developing growth, key account, and portfolio penetration plans for local installed base and targeted segments.
  • Managing cross-border business opportunities.
  • Improving service capabilities and skills and delivery footprint.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience working in or supporting a global service organization environment with front-end experience or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of drives and motors business considered as a plus.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English essential; primary language for the region considered as a plus.
  • Maintaining highest integrity and safety standards.
  • Change and conflict management skills.
  • Ability to motivate and live by company values.
  • Strong business acumen and customer success orientation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills considering cultural sensitivity.
