Position Overview

We are seeking a Night Traffic Coordinator to join our Operations team, based in Milan. This role is pivotal in our efforts to innovate road freight logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with carriers to support our growth trajectory.
  • Oversee daily transport operations in Italy, addressing inquiries from carriers promptly.
  • Utilize your industry knowledge to identify opportunities for improvement and propose effective solutions.
  • Manage routine operational tasks to ensure seamless logistics processes.
Candidate Profile:
  • Proficient in data analysis and tracking key performance indicators (Excel skills required).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with transportation regulations and geographic considerations.
  • 1-2 years of experience in full truckload transport and express courier services.
  • Fluent in Italian with a good command of English.
  • Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to work.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to perform under pressure.
  • Experience in mediation and claims management.
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies and transport regulations is a plus.
