Are you a dedicated night owl with a passion for hospitality? At MEININGER Hotels, we are looking for a Night Receptionist to enhance our guests' experiences during their stay.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure guests have a safe and enjoyable experience throughout their stay. Manage guest well-being from check-in to check-out. Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and visitors, including suppliers and service personnel. Address guest inquiries and provide information about local attractions and activities. Handle operational and administrative duties such as invoicing, email correspondence, and online requests. Contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment. Adapt to a flexible schedule, including morning, evening, and night shifts. Collaborate with colleagues across departments as needed.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Previous experience in hospitality is preferred. Outgoing personality with a knack for thriving in a dynamic environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences. Team-oriented mindset, willing to support colleagues and tackle challenges together. Familiarity with front office systems (e.g., ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT) is advantageous. Proficiency in English (B2) and Italian is required.
