Armani Hotel Milan Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Guest Service Agent to join our Lifestyle Department at the 5-star Armani Hotel Milan, located in the heart of the famous Milan fashion district.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Be located in the Hotel Lobby to assist guests whenever required.
  • Welcome and handle all walk-ins, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Support the LSM and ALSM with administrative duties, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Run required reports and report any discrepancies to involved parties, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Stay up-to-date on expected arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth guest experience.
  • Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions, fostering a good working relationship.
  • Establish rapport with guests, promoting a positive guest relationship.
  • Work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, embodying the "We work through Teams" spirit.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as well as storage control reports, to maintain transparency and organization.
  • Support the demonstration and reinforcement of Armani's Values and Culture Characteristics.
  • E nsure punctuality is maintained at all times, adhering to high standards.
  • Handle enquiries in person or by telephone, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • T ake appropriate steps in emergency situations, prioritizing guest safety and well-being.
  • Receive and attend to outgoing calls, including local, trunk, and international calls.
  • Take responsibility for cashing up guest payments, ensuring accurate financial transactions.
  • Stay updated on special programs and events in the hotel and city, recognizing and responding to guest needs.
  • We are seeking individuals with a solid knowledge of Front Office, a strong work ethic, and people-management skills, as well as great attention to detail and a proactive approach to addressing and resolving issues.
  • Previous experience in a 5-star hotel and/or related fields is required, with at least 1 year of experience in the same position.
  • Good knowledge of Opera is necessary, and fluency in English is required, with additional languages such as Chinese or Arabic being desirable.
  • Knowledge of the attractions and events in Milan is also essential.
