Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Experience Agent to join our pre-opening team. As a key member of our front desk and guest services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Manage guest requests and complaints, providing solutions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Provide guests with information and recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and services.
  • Assist with room assignments, key card distribution, and other front desk duties.
  • Participate in pre-opening activities, including training and team-building exercises.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Previous experience in front office or guest services is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and intermediate Italian is required.
  • Technical knowledge of GXP and Opera is a plus.
