About the Position

We are seeking a Night Traffic Coordinator to join our Operations department. This role is pivotal in supporting our mission to transform road freight logistics. The position is based in our Milan office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand our network of carriers across Italy by identifying and onboarding essential partners;
  • Oversee daily transport operations within Italy and address any inquiries from carriers;
  • Utilize your understanding of partners' businesses to pinpoint opportunities and propose effective solutions;
  • Manage daily operational tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in data analysis and tracking key performance indicators (Excel proficiency required);
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Familiarity with transportation regulations and geographic considerations;
  • 1-2 years of experience in full truckload transportation and express courier services;
  • Fluent in Italian with a good command of English;
  • Attention to detail and a systematic approach to work;
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to perform under pressure;
  • Skills in mediation and claims management;
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies and transport regulations is a plus.
