As an Area Sales Manager Toscana, you will be responsible for creating and executing the sales strategy by developing successful long-term relationships with clients mainly based in the marvellous area of Tuscany, Umbria, and Marche.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop the hotels' customers' portfolio.
- Exhibit your impeccable knowledge of the local area by proactively identifying, handling, and developing local sales relationships.
- Assist the business in leading all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term and value-based customer relationships to meet the set expectations.
- Support the Event Departments by identifying and securing possible sales opportunities.
- Assure proper after-sales follow-up with customers to obtain supportive feedback on service and product delivery in order to identify and address possible areas of improvement.
- Support our properties in all sales activities and projects.
- Coordinate with the Head Office sales team and with the other hotels' sales teams.
- A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
- An exceptional ability to inspire people with our concept.
- Proven work experience in the role (at least 3 years).
- Strong knowledge of the assigned area.
- Proactive mind-set and positive thinking.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Versatility in handling various work scenarios.
- Italian - fluently
- English - fluently
- Additional languages are a plus.
