Job Title: Global Brand Lead for Cresemba

As a seasoned pharmaceutical professional, you will have the opportunity to lead the global brand strategy for Cresemba, a flagship brand for Pfizer. Your expertise will drive growth opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry, leveraging your knowledge of the industry and healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand marketing strategy, including life cycle management.
  • Drive launch excellence for new pediatric indications, developing customer-insight based content and launch sequence planning.
  • Co-chair the CRESEMBA Global Medicines Team (GMT) with Medical, ensuring commercial accountability.
  • Act as commercial alliance lead with partner Basilea, driving global supply planning and management.
  • Support the development of key opinion leaders (KOLs) and advocacy strategy, including medical education.
  • Manage operational expenses (OPEX) and ensure brand budget allocation is focused on high-ROI priorities.
  • Oversee market research and implement findings into promotional platforms to deliver growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and track competitive intelligence and customer insights, incorporating relevant findings into strategies and content.
  • Lead the cross-functional CRESEMBA team in developing annual Operating Plan deliverables, aligning with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • At least 15 years of pharmaceutical experience with broad industry knowledge and healthcare environment understanding.
  • Robust prior brand marketing background with a strong history of achievement and performance.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in delivering top-line revenue growth and bottom-line performance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with different functions and across cultures, partnering with diverse colleagues.
  • Out-of-the-box thinking, change agility, leadership, and executive maturity.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in marketing anti-infective products or specialty products to hospital customers.
  • Robust prior brand marketing experience at a global, regional, and country level.
  • Prior experience managing direct reports.
Work Requirements:
  • International travel: 15-25%
