Position Overview

Randstad Filiale di Firenze is seeking a skilled Test Engineer for a prominent company in the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing tests for machinery produced in-house, while also overseeing senior technicians and project managers. Previous experience in structured environments is preferred.

Work Location: Florence

Working Hours: Full-time

Contract Type: 12-month temporary contract, in accordance with the metalworking industry collective labor agreement, level B2.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

  • Degree in Engineering
  • Advanced proficiency in English
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Teamwork, empathy, interpersonal skills, and leadership abilities
