About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical IT Specialist to join our team at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. As a key member of our Clinical IT team, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing Clinical IT solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Clinical IT solutions, ensuring they meet design phase expectations within the expected timeframe.
  • Ensure accurate project control and documentation, with accountability for project reporting.
  • Manage project implementation issues, identifying corrective actions to meet project timelines.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships through regular follow-up, understanding customer needs, and providing targeted solutions for high customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted consultant for customers, sharing new ideas for Clinical IT solutions and product improvements.
Requirements
  • Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT solutions for the IVD market (e.g., Lab Middleware, LIS, etc.).
  • Excellent customer communication and listening skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, with up to 70% travel required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Networking, Virtual Environments, and Operating Systems knowledge.
