Biologist and Inside Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate quotations.
- Collaborate with sales teams to tailor responses for customer needs.
- Provide first-level technical support and escalate issues when necessary.
- Implement local strategies aligned with the EMEA sales and marketing plan.
- Maintain service levels and use ERP systems and Salesforce to support sales.
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service, demonstrating a proactive approach to sales activities within a scientific environment.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Italian and English.
- Strong organizational skills: Prioritization capabilities aligned with commercial activities.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
