SEAS – South East Aviation Services S.r.l. is a leading engineering services company supporting Ryanair's engineering function in Italy. We are currently seeking an experienced Engineering Technical Instructor to join our team in Bergamo (BGY).

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate individual to deliver technical training to our engineering staff. As an Engineering Technical Instructor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest industry standards are met in the delivery of Part 147 theoretical and practical training, as well as other technical training associated with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical training to engineering staff, including Part 147 theoretical and practical training, and other technical training associated with business needs.
  • Prepare technical training and improve our current courses.
  • Develop instructor materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, background material, instructional materials, and training aids.

Requirements

  • Hold an EASA Part 66 Licence or have evidence of previous employment in aircraft technical training, on 737/A320.
  • Meet requirements and acceptability to deliver Part 147 training.
  • Have a keen eye to detail and ability to escalate issues to the management team.
  • Be able to plan and work to deadlines laid out by the management teams.
  • Have a good working knowledge of Office 365, and be keen to learn new programs/software tools to enhance working ways.
  • Be an effective communicator and interact with the team through all types of communication (verbal, face-to-face, virtual).
  • Be open-minded, eager to learn new skills, and bring new ideas to the team.
  • Have a strong work ethic and show responsibility to their own work and completion in a timely manner.
  • Be flexible and able to adapt to change quickly.
  • Have unrestricted right to work and travel in Italy/Europe.
