Job Summary

Casa Brera, a luxury lifestyle hotel part of Marriott International, Inc., is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Service Expert to join its pre-opening team. As a key member of the hotel's culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve food and beverage items to guests with a focus on quality, speed, and efficiency.
  • Ensure that all customers enjoy an authentic and efficient service, responding to their needs and preferences.
  • Support the team to ensure that the outlet is set up and ready for each service period, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Prepare and restock outlet inventory, adhering to inventory management procedures.
  • Clean tables, complete closing duties, and re-stock tableware and other supplies, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use, adhering to quality assurance expectations and standards.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency and excellence in service delivery.

Requirements

  • Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry, with a warm and people-oriented demeanor.
  • At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A safety-first approach, with a positive outlook and dependability.
  • Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage, but not required.
