Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at FAAC Technologies. As a key member of our sales administration team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless order processing, production planning, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter orders received from customers/subsidiaries via standard PO or Configurator
  • Plan the production of required equipment
  • Monitor the progress of production orders
  • Guarantee compliance with commercial conditions indicated in sales contracts
  • Resolve return shipments, non-conformities, and delivery delays
  • Provide customer support
  • Issue invoices and credit/debit notes in compliance with existing regulations
  • Ensure all activities necessary for goods collection
  • Issue logistics and customs documentation for export purposes
  • Monitor customer credit situations

Requirements:

  • Degree in Foreign Languages and/or Economics
  • 3-4 years of experience in Sales Administration
  • Client and Service Orientation
  • Excellent knowledge of English and preferably a second language (German a plus)
  • Precision and accuracy
  • Risk Analysis and Problem-solving
  • Planning and Organization
  • Highly appreciated knowledge of SAP management
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
