Job Summary:
Faac Group, a leading provider of access automation and parking systems, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales administration department, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter orders received from customers/subsidiaries via standard purchase orders or configurators.
- Plan and coordinate production of required equipment to meet customer demands.
- Monitor and track the progress of orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
- Guarantee compliance with commercial conditions outlined in sales contracts, including payment terms, discounts, and return conditions.
- Manage return shipments, non-conformities, and delivery delays, providing excellent customer support.
- Issue invoices and credit/debit notes in accordance with existing regulations.
- Coordinate logistics and customs documentation for export purposes.
- Monitor customer credit situations and take necessary actions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Foreign Languages and/or Economics, or similar field.
- 3-4 years of experience in sales administration.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in English, with a second language (German) a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of SAP management and Microsoft Office a plus.
