Job Summary:

Faac Group, a leading provider of access automation and parking systems, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales administration department, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter orders received from customers/subsidiaries via standard purchase orders or configurators.
  • Plan and coordinate production of required equipment to meet customer demands.
  • Monitor and track the progress of orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
  • Guarantee compliance with commercial conditions outlined in sales contracts, including payment terms, discounts, and return conditions.
  • Manage return shipments, non-conformities, and delivery delays, providing excellent customer support.
  • Issue invoices and credit/debit notes in accordance with existing regulations.
  • Coordinate logistics and customs documentation for export purposes.
  • Monitor customer credit situations and take necessary actions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Foreign Languages and/or Economics, or similar field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in sales administration.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in English, with a second language (German) a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of SAP management and Microsoft Office a plus.
