Role Overview:

We are excited to announce an opening for a Finance Intern within the Finance VBI team. Below is a general overview of the role, and we look forward to discussing further details during the selection process, tailored to your specific interests.
The Vodafone Internship Program is designed for Master's students or recent graduates, offering a 6-month opportunity to actively engage as a member of our team.
This experience will empower you to convey complex information clearly and succinctly to senior management, fostering your independence in task execution, priority setting, and goal achievement.

Key Responsibilities and Decision-Making Authority:


• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in developing planning models for budgets and reforecasts, providing support and guidance to Finance Business Partners and Sales & Marketing Business Units in alignment with Group guidelines.

• Performance Monitoring: Oversee dashboards to analyze monthly and quarterly performance, aiding in the understanding of Vodafone's overall performance.

• Reporting: Generate reports for Comex and ensure alignment with Group standards. Through these tasks, you will have the chance to contribute to the development, delivery, maintenance, and enhancement of Vodafone's financial performance.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:


• We seek candidates who are students or recent graduates in Corporate Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, or Control.

• Proficiency in Excel (MS Office) is required.

Preferred Technical / Professional Qualifications:


• Familiarity with SQL and SAS is advantageous.

• Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a drive for continuous improvement are essential.

• A results-oriented mindset is highly valued.
