About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Group Account Director to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our Account team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, attending brand planning workshops, and collaborating with our strategic and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain working relationships with clients and attend brand planning workshops
  • Collaborate with the strategic and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Manage the workflow to ensure tasks are delivered on time
  • Stay aware of clients' competitor activities and deliver insights for clients
  • Manage and coordinate the Account team
Requirements
  • At least 8-10 years of experience with integrated campaigns in international agencies
  • Experience in international accounting and team coordination management
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Strong teamwork abilities and excellent communication skills
