The Role
We are seeking an Intern Learning Manager to join our Learning Management team. In this role, you will support our Learning Managers with the operational management and development of our courses in several areas, including Marketing, Design, and Business Innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage e-learning platforms, ensuring the creation and update of course data.
- Assist with classroom activities, including setting up technology for online lessons (e.g., Zoom, certificate platforms like Accredible).
- Manage student communication, including providing platform access support and resolving technical issues or questions.
- Assist with product benchmarking and support some course design and delivery activities.
- Help manage the Alumni Community and support cross-functional communication activities (e.g., joint evening events).

- You are proactive and initiative-driven, anticipating needs and proposing innovative solutions.
- You manage relationships effectively, listening to and resolving the needs of instructors and students.
- You possess strong operational skills, with a natural inclination for detail and high-quality work.
- You have a growth mindset and are ambitious to grow professionally, tackle complex challenges, and actively contribute to course development.
Requirements
- A strong interest in education and technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of e-learning platforms and digital tools.
- The ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
- Native level of Italian and proficient English.
