About the Role

Amazon Logistics is seeking a talented Optimization Manager to join our EU Fleet Procurement and Capacity (FPAC) organization.

This is an exciting opportunity to innovate and drive continuous value to our Delivery Service Provider (DSP) partners by finding new ways to manage Amazon Logistics fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create innovative solutions using data and research to address wider challenges in your organization
  • Take a big-picture approach in your analysis of business operations, driving improvements across a range of teams and organizations
  • Work alongside senior leadership to establish and prioritize improvement programs, seeing them through from start to finish
  • Enhance operational performance on every program in partnership with your stakeholders
About the Team

The Last Mile Rentals (LMR) expansion team works with external suppliers to bring fleet sharing programs to Amazon Logistics. As an Optimization Manager, you will be at the forefront of enabling a more flexible fleet.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can communicate effectively with and influence a range of stakeholders, including senior management.

Requirements
  • A degree in a relevant field
  • Relevant experience communicating with and influencing a range of different stakeholders
  • Relevant experience in managing large-scale programs or projects

Preferred qualifications include advanced or master's degrees, project management certifications, and experience working in a supply chain, logistics, operations, or vehicle sharing environment.
