Role Overview

The Sales Operations Coordinator is essential in enhancing the effectiveness of Independent Real Estate Consultants (IRECs) and Partner Brokers in promoting the Casavo marketplace portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Evaluate and monitor the performance of IRECs and Partner Brokers to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction for buyers and meet home sales targets.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for IRECs and Partner Brokers, ensuring sales mandates are allocated and managed according to Casavo standards.
  • Ensure a smooth transition of mandates from the marketplace success team to the IREC workforce.
  • Develop sales strategies for each property, determining timelines for market entry, property viewings, and commercialization tactics.
  • Assist IRECs and Partner Brokers in preparing for commercialization, including creating marketing materials, gathering property photos, and advertising listings. Engage directly in these activities as needed to meet target Time to List (TTL).
  • Identify and implement tactical sales strategies based on property dismissal planning and feedback from IRECs or Partner Brokers.
  • Conduct regular inventory analyses to ensure accurate sales forecasting.
  • Support IRECs and Partner Brokers in managing offer processes, from collection to acceptance.
  • Oversee closing activities conducted by IRECs and Partner Brokers.
  • Ensure the collection of brokerage fees from sellers and buyers in accordance with established commercial terms and policies.
  • Assist Marketplace Operations Managers in updating sales plans and forecasts based on market insights.
