RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee product management for Tier 1 customers within Europe, specifically focusing on passive components such as inductors. Drive demand generation, conduct specific design-ins, perform market analysis, and execute technical trend evaluations. Collaborate with clients on product development and innovation initiatives. Formulate product strategies tailored for the European market, along with tactical plans for individual customers. Serve as a liaison for strategic decision-making between our headquarters in Japan and the account management teams in Europe. Provide support to the sales team during client engagements and assist in securing design-ins. Address technical and commercial inquiries on a daily basis.QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field. Proven experience in the electronics sector, either at the component or application level. Background in technical product marketing, technical sales, or a similar role. Preferably, experience within the automotive or distribution sectors. Strong work ethic, commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit. Eagerness to learn about products and processes proactively. Proficiency in English, with conversational skills in German. Willingness to travel as required. Valid driver's license is mandatory.BENEFITS
